Overview
PLR device is a lightning protection device that is different from the traditional lightning catch "lightning into the ground" lightning protection mechanism (such as lightning rod, advance discharge lightning rod flashing mechanism) and the use of non-"lightning into the ground" mechanism. The device produces 15mA under passive conditions,... ,30mA of large ionization dissipation. The 30mA ionization dissipation current neutralizes the thundercloud charge and its induced charge to the ground, so that the bad capacitance leakage between the thundercloud and the ground cannot be charged through the discharge voltage, i.e., it cannot reach the horizontal target of lightning penetration to the ground, realizing the full single thunderstorm lightning protection under a wide range of targets.
